Please choose from one of the four packages and if needed or desired, any of the six additional services. These fees are payable to KNPUSA when you place your order. The IRS application fee and state incorporation fee (if applicable) will be paid separately at a later time and is not included in the KNPUSA package price.
KNPUSA accepts credit card payments through PayPal and Stripe. An account is not required at either merchant service provider.
KNPUSA offers four convenient methods to order your services and make payment:
- Order and pay for your services now by major credit card or debit card (preferred).
- Order and pay for your services with an e-check through PayPal (account required).
- Order services online and mail a paper check.
- Order services online and receive electronic invoice that can be paid by credit card, debit card, or e-check.
To get started, choose your payment method (1, 2, 3, or 4) and follow the applicable instructions. Orders can be placed 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Once your payment is received, you will be emailed the necessary questionnaire, instructions, and other supplemental materials.
Please note that in addition to KNPUSA's fees you are also subject to a one-time IRS User Fee in order to apply for tax exempt status. Please click on IRS Fees for more information. State fees are also applicable if you are incorporating.

To order, just click on the desired package. To order additional services, click on "Continue Shopping" and select other service(s). When complete, click on one of the "Check Out" buttons where you will be transferred to PayPal's or Stripe's secured website to make your payment. After your order is submitted, please click on "Return To KNPUSA website" as there is a short information form to complete.

Federal 501(c)(4) Tax Exempt Application -required in addition to 501(c)(3) Application Service if the organization adopted its bylaws and/or incorporated more than 27 months ago (not required for Platinum and Gold Packages)
State Non-Profit Registration-In order to conduct fundraisers and solicit for donations or sponsorships, states require registration as a charitable organization.
Employer Identification Number (EIN) Application-required for all applicants if not previously obtained
Articles Amendment-If your organization is already incorporated, your Articles of Incorporation may need
to be amended to meet IRS requirements. KNPUSA staff will advise you if this service is needed
Application Package Review Service-This service is for organizations that choose to prepare the application package on their own. The service provides a complete review of your organization's entire application package and includes a consultation to advise applicant of any needed corrections prior to submission to the IRS
Specialized Services-If your organization requires any other services that are not covered in one of our packages or additional services section, we can still help. Please click on Request Quote to describe the needed services and request a price quote.
*Expedite service includes expedited KNPUSA internal processing and expedited shipping to IRS (all tax exempt applications) and Secretary of State (corporation filings). Service does not include expedited IRS or state processing.
If your organization doesn't have a credit card or debit card, you may make your payment by paper check. Just click on the check image below to get started. Through this payment method, you will be emailed an invoice that will direct you to mail your payment to KNPUSA.
Pay By Invoice
If you would prefer to be invoiced prior to payment for board approval or other reasons, please click on the Order Now button below and complete the online order form. An invoice will be emailed to you that can then be paid through the PayPal™ system at your convenience.
