Please choose from one of the four packages and if needed or desired, any of the six additional services. These fees are payable to KNPUSA when you place your order. The IRS application fee and state incorporation fee (if applicable) will be paid separately at a later time and is not included in the KNPUSA package price.
KNPUSA accepts MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Visa credit card payments through PayPal (please note that a PayPal account is not needed).
To get started, choose your payment method and follow the applicable instructions. Orders can be placed 24 hours per day 7 days a week. Once your payment is received, you will be emailed the necessary questionnaire, instructions, and other supplemental materials.
Please note that in addition to KNPUSA's fees you are also subject to a one-time IRS User Fee in order to apply for tax exempt status. Please click on IRS Fees for more information. State fees are also applicable if you are incorporating.
