The following chart includes the various fees charged by each state for initial non-profit incorporation filings. These fees are in addition to KNPUSA fees and are subject to change at any time. The fees will be submitted to KNPUSA by check once your organization's Articles of Incorporation are completed. If online filing is available in the state, KNPUSA will pay the fee and invoice your organization for the filing fee. Please note that these fees only apply for organizations that have chose to incorporate.

Please be aware that the above fees are subject to change at any time. You will be advised at the time of your Incoporation filing what the exact fees will be.
*Three states (Arizona, Georgia, and Pennsylvania) require that a notice of intent to incorporate be published either prior to or after the filing of Articles of Incorporation. Additional fees (approximately $50-$150 depending on your local advertising rates) will apply for organizations located in these states. KNPUSA does not provide this service but will provide clients in these states with instructions.
Expedite service is optional and may reduce expediting time significantly. Expedited processing is highly recommended in Alabama, Arizona, Maryland, New Jersey, and New Mexico. This will reduce processing times to approximately 7 days.
Many states charge a credit card convenience fee when filing articles of incorporation electronically. This fee is not included in the fee chart above.
